How to report a security vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in a Dyson machine, the MyDyson™ app or on our website, please report it to: security.vulnerabilities@dyson.com
This dedicated email address is constantly monitored. We endeavour to acknowledge all emails within seven calendar days. If a security issue is identified, we'll keep you up to date on our progress and let you know the outcome.
