Gallery: Dyson Demo store Barcelona - Dyson opens the doors of its first Spanish Demo store

Dyson opens its first physical Demo store in Spain, located in "La Maquinista", the largest mall in Catalonia and one of the biggest in the country. "La Maquinista" translates to "The Engineer" and was a pioneering retail space when it launched in 2000 as one of the country's first outdoor shopping centres. Inside, Dyson has 185m² space dedicated to pioneering technology, in addition to a Beauty Lab where potential owners can get hands on with Dyson hair care tools with expert advice from Dyson stylists.

The new Barcelona store is built on the aesthetic of all Dyson Demo stores designed by Sir James Dyson. The space is fitted with interactive demos inspired by the tests that our engineers put Dyson machines through in our labs, enabling potential owners to see first-hand how the technology works and choose for themselves which machine is right for their home and lifestyle.

Additionally, shoppers can reserve an appointment in advance with one of our Dyson Experts to find out more about a specific machine or model, similar to a personal shopping experience – getting the right information they need when they need it.
