Welcome Break is one of the UK’s largest independent motorway service operators, providing hospitality to 80 million visitors each year at dozens of locations across the network.
The problem
With washrooms in operation around the clock, the reliability of Welcome Break’s existing hand dryers, and the technical support offered by the manufacturer, were both causing issues.
“In general, there was at least one hand dryer out of action at most sites,” explains Simon Peene, Property and Safety Manager. “Fully functioning, high quality washroom facilities are a fundamental part of the services we offer.”
