Control your Dyson machine with Amazon Alexa
Ask Alexa to enable the Dyson skill, to control your smart Dyson purifier, humidifier or robot vacuum. You can also create a routine that automates how your purifier or humidifier works with other devices in your home.
It's quick and easy to set up.

1. Install the Dyson Alexa skill
You can do this by asking Alexa to enable the Dyson skill,
or by searching Dyson within the Skills section of the Alexa app, or on the Amazon website. -
2. Link to your Dyson account
Once you've enabled the Dyson skill, you can connect it to your MyDyson app, using the same details.

Now you can start controlling your Dyson Alexa-enabled machines with your voice.

4. Create routines and groups
You can set routines that automates how your Dyson machine works with a chosen command, and create a group of machines that operate simultaneously.

When you have connected your machine to Alexa, you could ask:
- "Alexa, turn on my purifier."
- "Alexa, set the fan speed to five."
- “Alexa, increase fan speed on purifier”
- "Alexa, increase the temperature."

- “Alexa, set Oscillation to Narrow on purifier”

When you have connected your machine to Alexa, you could ask:
