If your Dyson machine isn’t working properly, please visit our Troubleshooting page where we may be able to help you fix it, or where you can purchase replacement parts.
If our Troubleshooting steps have not resolved the problem with your Dyson machine, we can arrange for a repair. Your Dyson machine will be picked up from your home by a courier service. Your machine will be repaired in our service centre and returned to you.
The repair includes labour and spare parts where required (excluding additional accessories and filters), which are guaranteed until the end of the machine guarantee, for 12 months, or until service support ends for your machine – whichever is soonest.
Booking your Dyson repair
To book a repair, contact us using phone. You can cancel or amend your booking any time up to the day before collection via our courier service.
Our courier will provide a box for your Dyson to be packaged in for travel, ensuring your machine arrives safely at our workshop for service. We'll then be in touch to confirm when your Dyson will be returned to you.
