Dyson x Pucci

Ramona Eschbach celebrated sophisticated beauty, free flowing femininity and soft elegance in the style for the Emilio Pucci show. With colour taking centre stage, the hair drew inspiration from the delicacies of the natural world and real women.

Stylists used the Dyson Corrale^TM straightener to add definition to the model’s natural hair texture and on others, calm frizz and flyaways to deliver a naturally straight finish, without removing existing movement and shape. The ‘S’ wave was also a signature style for the show, achieved by shaping the section into a S shape with the hands and feeding it through the plates, clamping and releasing as the tress is passed through the plates.

Healthy hair was at the heart of the show. Stylists were able to preserve model’s hair from extreme heat damage due to the tool’s ability to achieve the same styles at lower temperatures. The manganese copper alloy plates, machined to the width of a human hair, flex to gather hair neatly, offering stylists enhanced performance with less heat. The Intelligent Heat Control within the tool offers an integrated sensor system to regulate the temperature of the plates 100 times a second, so the tool never exceeds the set temperature.
